    I got it for my attic, the thermostat function is a plus, the exhaust fan works well, as tested by my husband, and we are waiting for our handyman to installing it.
    The cord is approximately 20 inches long.
    Exhaust function is great, allowing to prevent issues like mold growth and poor air quality and improving overall indoor air quality and freshness in the house.
    A high quality exhaust fan.
